Resilient HydroTwin research was presented at the 2026 European Conference on Computing in Construction (EC3), held in Corfu, Greece, from 12–15 July.

The study, “Narratives of Digital Twins: How Framings Script Governance,” examines 75 academic publications to explore how digital twins are described and how these narratives influence institutional roles, decision-making and governance.

The contribution strengthens the project’s impact within the scientific community by encouraging researchers and practitioners to understand digital twins not only as technical tools, but also as socio-technical systems that shape responsibility, coordination and infrastructure governance.
